SiteGround.com — Billing Dispute

My company had a hosting service from siteground.com. www.*******.com The renewal was on 10/18/2020, I tried to access the call centre and ask for the cancellation. They were not able to help me and I saw it in my Credit Card Statement. I called my bank they advise me to “Fraud Dispute” than I did. The hosting firm made an objection, 1 month later & they get the same amount again ($499.68) I changed my statement to “Billing Dispute”. I just needed to e-mail services and I already pay for an e-mail service on 01/09/2021. and I send an excuse-apology text for that inconveniences. I have called the Siteground call centre last week and asked for a refund. They informed me that I had to ask for the cancellation in 30 days of the billing day. But I already text them on the same day, they did not reply to me, I called them. and I did not get any service. I already paid on a monthly basis for the e*mail service. They did not accept my cancellation request on the same day (10/18/2020) I made a “fraud dispute” (It might my a “billing Dispute”.They appealed / rejected it and my bank send the same amount from my new Credit Card. I Changed my claim to ” Billing Dispute” But Site ground does not accepted.
