Security Alarm Corp — They charged me $500 for a camera that cost $129 on the internet

A technician said I was getting rotate/tilt/zoom cameras. They told me that the more cameras I buy the cheaper the total amount will be. He told me that I will get 4 cameras and installation for the work. I also purchase a wireless camera on my own for $250. He told me I will own the equipment upon purchase. He told me that if I kept them as the primary security people, I would get a discount. I paid them upfront for it. I pay $33 per month for the security alarm. I even go the $55 insurance for the cameras per month. It took them 6 hours to put up the cameras. This happened on January 26th. In February, I got a bill for over $250. They told me I owe for more installation. I do not have volume for the cameras. The cameras don’t move. The salesman told me that it rotates and it doesn’t. I have a camera that does nothing…though I was told I bought a camera with rotate/tilt/zoom. The cameras aren’t even worth the amount. You charged me $500 for a camera that cost $129 on the internet. I paid with a cashier’s check., $1295. I was told it was paid in full except for the insurance, service, and the software to view it on my laptop.
