SamsClub.com — Terrible Customer Service

Was charged $45 for an annual membership but received 5 days I purchased an annual membership on Nov 8th, 2020 then called to cancel when they would not honor the Groupon price of $25 when I was never refunded the $45 I contacted live chat and low and behold the lady was able to honor it and credited me back $20 then today I go on their site and it says my membership expired 11-13-2020 so I paid $25 for a 5-day membership and of course depending on who you reach through live chat they can’t do anything to help so I have to wait until Monday to get ahold of someone which is fine however tell me how one person can issue a refund but the others can’t? I absolutely want a refund for the remaining $25 they need to honor their own policy if you’re not happy you can cancel and be issued a full refund, it’s amazing they canceled and never issued a refund at all. Terrible customer service
