Roku — We tried cancelling

My wife has tried to cancel since last June (when we married and she moved to my home). We called and wrote to no avail. We tried cancelling by phone and writing. For 7 months they have charged and given penalties – for no service. We were on line with a wait of 15 minutes; then after 15 minutes the wait was 19 minutes and growing. We wrote and got no response. This has become an expensive and non-productive effort.
