I currently applied at dollar tree Glenwood MN. I have a really old do not hire on my record from Louisiana. I was told by HR that the manager or regional manager could take it off yet they say HR has to. They do not hire was put on because I asked a manager to use the restroom and was told no I couldn’t. I was a 61-year-old African American army veteran being told I could not use the restroom. By a manager half my age. I left that position. The result was a do not hire. I am requesting it be removed. I was also told by an employee at the Glenwood MN store that Grant the hiring manager was not hiring me because I was black. I deserve resolution. I look forward to speaking to someone in charge. Thank you. Give me an interview and a fair chance at a job.
