Roku — Rudeness

I was in the phone with support and they were extremely rude. He blacklisted me then told me his name was Entirely unacceptable. I was on my second phone call with Roku support. They were trying to charge me for activation even though the instructions say it’s free. After speaking to a manager at length, he told me since I’m so smart he would just blacklist me. When asked for his name he replied which is clearly not how name but a fictional tv character. When I called a this time and asked to speak to a supervisor, she said she would check the recordings and proceeded to hang up on me. I have never experienced such rudeness and unprofessionalism in my life. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. I can’t believe they have any customers at all with this type of behavior. I find it shocking that this is the way they treat their customers and frankly I’m appalled.
