  1. I had a Self Drive car booking with ZoomCar . My booking started by 2AM on 24th April 2022. I had paid for the car to be home delivered along with the amount of booking . When the car did not reach to us on time we contacted their customer support . The representative told us that he would look into it and further informed that it was cancelled as there was no delivery guy. I was further told that they would book another car and provided us with the detail and promised us to get it delivered by 0315 AM and they would compensate for the time lost by adding it to the booking time .

    I and my friends again waited for them and it was again past the delivery time . We again contacted the customer service and they told the car was not available and allocated us another car . The time loss was ruining our plan and they suggested to provide another vehicle but this time we had to pick the vehicle from its location even though we paid for delivery. I agreed to go there by cab (on my own expense) and reached the destination.

    The car we reached to was in utter pathetic condition . It was literally faeces on the floor of the car. The car was in worst possible condition, and there was no key inside the car. The key was supposed to be there . Standing in an unknown location in the middle of the night I was utterly frustrated. We again called the customer service and again explained our situation. The representative said that he would again allot a car and we again had to go there on our own means .

    It was extremely irritating to us that even thought we were charged for everything before hand I was still not being provided with services . After talking to the representative for another 10 to 15 min he provided us the location which was much further away , so I could not take it any more. I decided to cancel the booking and asked the representative to transfer the call to his superviser . It was 4 am in the morning and all my plans were already ruined so I wanted to talk to the manger to give him a piece of my mind .

    I wanted to talk to him about my situation but the representative straight forward said to me and I quote “Kya Zaroorat Hai” . He was adamant about not escalating the call to his manager . I requested him politely to trasfer the call for about 4 to 5 times but he began to use foul language. He was persistent and kept on saying I cant do it . I asked him for the refund and compensation, to which he said he would initiate the cancellation and refund but cant do anything to compensate for the lost time and money spent . Along with the agony of sleeplessness, it was also a time loss for me and my friend who took the time off to come. I am really frustrated .

    I want my money back. This company has no respect for its customers. There is no connection between the rental company and the car owner. The company does not know the condition of the car and nor do they give a **** about it. They just charge for everything and then leave the customer on hold for 10 to 15 minutes before responding
