Dealt with Corporate office. Asked about product and vendor policy. Rep got irate and started talking over me. I asked for supervisor and said she wasn’t very customer friendly. She hung up on me. I emailed corporate to advise. No call back. No response. Wow! Shockingly bad customer service at the corporate level has to trickle down to the local stores.
