Radisson Hotels & Resorts — My card was charge

I stayed at that location for 2 nights free using points. I didn’t charge anything to my room. Next, my credit card was charged $60.00 which was 0.00 per night i was told by customer service. that person at customer service was trying to contact the hotel manager. So far I have not heard back about reversing the charges to my card. Please reverse the charges and contact the hotel manager to find out why this is taking too long
