I am not able to accept/claim money and it’s been 7 days, numerous of online chats, broken promises, misinformation, etc! I have always used google pay to send and receive money and never an issue until now. On Sept. 30th. My mother sent me $****. To my google pay account. I was able to claim it and it gave me a pending until Oct. 1st to my debit card. On Oct. 1st it automatically on the app went from that to pending. I tried to claim it again. I got an error that said unusual activity. I contacted google support and was told my account was cleared I can claim it again in 24hrs. So I waited, in 24hrs. I went to claim it again, same error. To make this short. I have had nothing but the run around and no resolution! I have talked to many supervisors, it’s been run by the experts, specialists, its been escalated 3 times. The agent cones back to the chat and say the account is clear, or it’s fixed, to your account ya in good standing, you can claim funds in 24hrs. To waiting and then I can’t accept again, get the same error. Contact google again and I get the same story! The sender has called twice, verified all their info. My account is in good standing, address on card and google is the same. I have added more cards, added bank, changed defaults, removed a debit card, re added it back. I’m now on day 7. I will share screenshots that I will have the money but it’s not happening. No one follows up! The money was taken out of the senders bank 5 days ago and is sitting with google. I do not u seestabd why nothing is being resolved or I am getting any answers! I was promised so many times I would have the money. They guaranteed I would have it. I was to pay for my storage fee to not lose all my stuff with that money! I have now lost e eeything I own because I was promised I would of had the money! I am very upset with all of this!
