Opodo — Ryanair Refusal to Accept Opodo Booking

I made a booking with Opodo from Dublin to Manchester on a Ryanair flight dated 9th December 2021. I then received an email from Ryanair stating that I had booked with an unauthorized intermediary. They wanted me to verify online with facial recognition technology or arrive 2 hours before the flight to check-in at their ticket desk. I was unhappy to proceed with either of these requests. As I don’t feel confident I would be allowed to board even if I completed this process. I requested a refund by phone and was led to believe this was being expedited. However, after speaking with his manager the agent informed me I would have to speak to Ryanair myself. As my past experience is that Ryanair never pay refunds I was not happy to do this. I explained that my contract is with Opodo and so I wanted them to refund the payment made to their company but they have refused, I am still requesting a refund of £22.12 which is the price they have charged my card.
