Netflix — Billing- Double charges

Hello,
I called and spoke to a Netflix customer service agent today. Although the agent was very polite but he could not fully resolve the below issue and i would like Netflix to reconsider and fully the resolve the issue as extra money has been taken from my account by Netflix.

I subscribed to Netlix a while ago and i also subscribed to Sky last July. Sky informed me that they will transfer my Netflix subscription to their platform and all billing and administrative arrangements will be made.

I have been charged monthly by Sky since August 2021, which include Netflix subscription. However, i have also been double charged by Netflix for the period Aug 2021 to Jan 2022 at the rate of £5.99. I have been double charged a total of £35.94 and I require this amount to be reimbursed to my account asap please.

The agent explained i have using two email addresses which has caused the confusion. As far as i can see my email address is up to date on my Netflix account. I would be grateful if you could check and ensure my data is accurate and safe in your system.
