Beginning with the National News at 6:30 est, all audio went out on our NBC live channel. Picture and commercials were fine, sound back on. However, when programming returning, audio was out again. We were especially disappointed because This Is US finally began their final season but we could not hear a word of it!!! Same with another favorite, New Amsterdam. No audio. When it showed previews for both shows, audio came back. But, NO AUDIO AT ALL (except for background noise and music) DURING REGULAR PROGRAMMING!!!! Sooooo frustrating and disappointed!!!! This is NOT the first time either….it’s happened this past SpringSummer. Every other channel on our TV was fine. Only NBC ever has this problem!!!! Oh, and when local news came on, it was fine, audio and all. What’s up NBC????? PLEASE FIX THIS!!!
