We booked a flight from AMS to MAA for 3rd August 2021, ref no: UN5LXELACY2G, and the airlines cancelled the flights. Airlines have refunded the ticket cost to my trip (ed with Airlines customer service), but my trip is not giving the refund till now. Tedious and tiring calls with their customer service is all in vain. No update on their status since 2 months. Worst travel agency ever. Refund money ASAP.
