I called to get help with a fraudulent charge, after 20 minutes of being on hold, a person named Karen talked above me, ignored everything I said, treated me with disrespect, then proceeded to block my card. I have to get groceries in the morning. NOBODY wants to handle this issue. They need to fire Karen, and every ghetto ho like her. If you’re going to treat people like ****, and THEN cancel their only way to buy food to take care of themselves because you’re being a ****? you don’t deserve to have a job in a customer facing position.
