Mytrip.com — Air ticket conversion to a voucher

I was due to fly from Johannesburg on the 6th of December to Bulawayo having connected from the UK. Booking ref LEBUGV for the trip. Due to travel restrictions ie Southern African flights banned to land in the UK plus upcoming quarantine on arrival in the days leading up to my drparture date. I was left the only one better option ie postpone my travel. I contacted all the bookings with no problems with either refunds or voucher apart from Mytrip. I got in touch on the 27th of November with reasons to cancell and having my booking turned into a voucher for future travel. I got a reply on the 1st of December saying in order for that to happen, l was supposed to reply to their email authorising this. I replied on the same day ing that l was more than happy to get my flight cancelled and converted to a voucher for future travelling. They did not get back to me until the 13th of December at first saying my request had been actioned and therefore was able to use my voucher. Then immediately, they sent another email to say that was not the case because l had been marked as no show therefore they could not give me a voucher. I was asked to ignore the previous email. I replied to this email giving reasons and got funny replies that up to now, l am still in shock. It was giving my identity so that they can reply to my emails of which non of this was happening before. I did what they asked and up to now, they have not replied. I rung them, was on hold for 55 minutes until l lost patience. I have a new date to travel but they took my money and moved on. Cruel cruel people with no moral compass.
