My Order is 1641. I placed my order Dec.27th, 2021. They received the order at 6:29 PM with an approx. delivery time between 53-63 min. I received my order 2 12 hrs later. According to the tracker it was in quality check for 50 min and it took an hour to deliver. The store is 15 min. away from my house. Since the order was taking so long, I tried calling and the immediately put me on hold. I hung up 13 min. later. When it got into the delivery phase and it was taking forever I called again, 3 times with no answer. I finally got my order, COLD and missing a Marinara dipping sauce that I paid for. This was the worst ever in all my ordering from any food service. I actually started making something eat because the food was so late and I didn’t think it was coming.
