Motel 6 — Unsatisfactory Stay

Good evening.
I am reaching out to guest relations of Motel 6 due to the unsatisfactory stay that I had at the Motel 6 located;

Orlando, Fl. 32819

Please be advised that around midnight of 21223 – 21323
screaming and yelling from another room awakened me. Additionally, the floors were not clean as if soda was spilled, wifi didn’t work and continuously showed low network bars, and upon arrival around 6:30pm I had to wait literally 30 minutes to get in a room because supposedly the room that I got through the app Hopper wasn’t available.
I am disappointed with my stay at this Motel 6 and would like to be reimbursed or credited a night. I am currently in the Orlando FL area for the next week for work related matters and would like to get this resolved before I leave.
This is my third attempt at contacting someone about my issue and I’ve been ignored.
