Bittrex expressed to us that they will not be supporting Canadian traders anymore. They have teamed up with Catalyx and shared that we can transfer to them for trading. We have tried to transfer, then I ended up having to re-secure our account, after using them for the past 2.5 years. They wanted proof of my wife’s Identity. After many tries, they then said that the resolution was good, but wanted and high resolution of the id itself. We did this and then Bittrex shared that it appears there are multiple individuals that are verified on my account. They want to know if they are related to me! I have tried so many times to get tis resolved… at one point they said that they would not be able to help us! Please help! We have over $2,000 in that account!
