I ordered (2) Large Mocha Frappe’s and the lady tried handing me (2) Medium Mocha Frappe’s. When I explained to her that I had ordered (2) Large and NOT Medium she had one of the employees to go pour the (2) Medium sizes into Large size glasses and fill them up the rest of the way with whip cream and when she tried handing them back to me I tried telling her that I knew that the Mediums were just dumped into a larger glass and that they were not actually a Large size. I told her I wanted new ones made or I wanted my money back but she insisted that was how the Mocha Frappe’s come and she kept arguing with me.
