My name is I am a retired army veteran and a network engineer. I also have my own software company that will change the way we do business. I purchased a platinum VIP ticket to attend the Master P Masterclass to be able to learn techniques and also network for my Software Development company. In the purchase for the ticket there were things that were supposed to be afforded to us. Needless to say the event did not go as planned. From the beginning of the event not starting on time to the entrance. We were told we would have a red carpet entry that was different from everyone else. The biggest portion for me was being able to be in a reception from 6pm – 8pm with Master P himself. As you know the whole event was late. We were not able to have the reception and were rushed after the picture. We were told that he had a plane to catch. We weren’t allowed in the reception area until almost 8pm and he was rushed by everyone and left within 15 mins. Master P didn’t even get through his slides/ Also the slides had grammatical errors (intgeritiy). There are some people that came with their spouses and flew in as well. I came to speak to you, Tiana, about the event and asked will future events would be like this you told me no it would be more intimate. You seemed really unapproachable and uninterested unless we were spending money on your classes and merchandise. I feel like we were scammed and we got hustled. I paid for services and didn’t receive the services I paid for. We did network and I spoke with other Platinum VIP members and we aren’t happy with the service or event. I paid over 1000 dollars and the individuals that paid for the basic package had more access than we did. We waited to ask questions because we were assured we would have a two hour reception with Master P as a platinum VIP member. Also the interview where you threw in your boss chips concept and tried to get manufacturing information for your own chips. It was very unprofessional.
