Terrible. I will never use this company again. I ordered furniture from Dayton Discount Furniture and Daniel and Son moving company was set up to deliver it to me. Dayton discount furniture gave them my incorrect address and they tried to deliver it there. They called me afterwards to get my correct address but then told me I would have to reschedule my delivery date due to a tight schedule. They then showed up to my house when no one was home. They then told me I had to pay for a rescheduling fee on top of the original delivery fee due to rescheduling because no one was home. I asked if they would send the furniture back to the store so I could pick it up myself, and the manager told me he would not release it until he got paid. I think this is absolutely ridiculous and wrong to try to double charge a customer when they are the ones who made the mistake.
