on 26 Dec 21, I placed order from Carpet Murah Gila via Lazada. I contacted seller on 29 Dec as logistics failed to pick up. i
messaged seller asked them why but there’s no response.
on 30 Dec I messaged them again if I can cancel. again no response.
on 3 Jan 2022 night( last date due I was supposed to receive) I chat with Lazada cust service her name is Marina. She assured me cancellation in progress and I’ll get email on same day. till now I have not received.
Feels cheated as no cancellation done by her.
As per Lazada policy, we have the rights to cancel if we didn’t receive items by ‘receive by’ date.
I would like to cancel refund.
