Subway — Mine Not Refunded

I placed an online order on July 12,2022. When I got there the order was not filled because of the lack of items to fill it being as though it hah been free sub day. The associate contacted the manager by phone and the manager assured me that my money would be credited back to my card which it wasn’t. I went to the store after a few days and spok *** the manager in person (Tony) and he told me a different lie-he couldn’t refund me because he had to get with his manager and he woul call-this never happened. I then went back to the store last week and learned that Tony had been fired. At that time they called the new manager Shalinda Williams and she told me she would have to investigate before she could do anything and she assured me that she would call me-yet another lie as I haven’t heard anything. My order was in the amount of 38.97 which I do not have for them to just keep. When I didn’t receive my order at that story I went to Subway on Gray Highway and paid for another order. I have both receipts. I should have my money refunded. If they had to investigate all they had to do was to review the cameras for the footage the day I went in to pick up my order to see that i left with nothing. The have the receipt as well as my having it. I would like my money refunded as I don’t have money to give away. Your managers need to be trained to help the customers and not lie to them.
