JustFly — JustFly are scammers

• On March 10 2022, Using JustlFly online portal, I purchased 4 roundtrip tickets from DFW (Dallas Fort worth TX) to TLV (Ben-Gurion Airport Tel Aviv, Israel) .
• The 4 tickets had same departure date from Dallas, but different return dates from Tel Aviv, The tickets were for Fadil Eldin (myself) Adelle Eldin (My Wife) Marcell Eldin (Older son) and Ryan Adam Eldin (younger son)
• On June 24, all 4 departed on the same plan. Marcell and Ryan were scheduled to flu back to the US and the end of July 2022.
• While we all in Israel we had delays in renewing Israeli documents for Marcell and Ryan, I called JustFly In July 12, and asked to change the return dates for Marcell and Ryan. The new return date on both tickets was modified to Aug28. I flew back to Dallas from Tel-Aviv on July172022
• I got a ation from JustFly with the new date (Aug282022) for Marcell [Enclosed Documents 1 and 2]
• I got a ation from JustFly with the new date (Aug282022) for Ryan [Enclosed Documents 3 and 4]
• I checked online, Turkish Airlines Website showed the new date (Aug282022) for Marcell [Enclosed Document 5]
• Turkish Airlines Website showed the new date (Aug282022) for Ryan [Enclosed Document 6]
• On Aug28 Marcell and Ryan travelled to Ben-Gurion Airport in Tel-Aviv and found oud that they do not have tickets, and send them to Turkish ticketing desk.
• Marcell and Ryan called me and updated on details. In Tel-Aviv the Turkish airline agent told them that the only thing they can do is through JustFly because the tickets were purchased through them and did not pay us the change fee. Marcell told the agent your site at Turkish airline shows the new date, she answered that the ticket with the new date was never issued. He needs to talk to JustFly, nobody else can help.
• While in Dallas, at 1AM, I called JustFly, the automatic reply said the waiting time is 8 minutes, I waited 80 minutes, When JustFly agent finally answered he said he needs time to investigate. The call lasted 1 hour and 38 minutes.
• After investigation JustFly acknowledged there error, the agent did not care that Marcell and Ryan are left at the arirport and their airplane has just took off, he told me at 3 AM that he opened 2 cases for Marcell case 899000 and for Ryan case 898996. It was 3AM in Dallas, 11 AM in Tel-Aviv Turkish Flight has departed as scheduled at 10:30AM leaving Marcell and Ryan behind.
• Ryan had an interview on Aug30. He is a senior student at UTD, has 4 GPA and 99.6% on the DAT exam. He applied for dental schools before we departed to Israel and scheduled his interviews.
• JustFly acknowledged there error but did not care to arrange any flight back for Marcell or Ryan.
• Marcell purchased with his own money a one-way ticket for Ryan with United Airlines, He paid $1357 he paid for transportation to a Hotel while waiting for Ryan’s flight at 11PM Aug28 [Enclosed Document 7]
• Marcell also purchased with his own money, a ticket for himself. [Enclosed Document 8]
• Ryan made it to interview no thanks to JustFly
• JustFly investigator called me the following Monday and Tuesday and suggested a middle ground 2 options, first option half the original price ticket. And the second free tickets within a year with the same airliner. I rejected both, because I paid twice the full price for each ticket in order to get Ryan and Marcell back. They will not be able to fly next year, and even if they could I would not trust JustFly again especially when I do need to call them in order to put the date on the theoretical tickets. Moreover, the mistake was done by JustFly, having the airliner pay for it just an encouragement for JustFly to continue scamming passengers. [ Phone timelines Doc 9]
