I bought a carton of 100jp real red my normal brand. On opening the first packet and lighting up they seemed to burn at the end and it’s like lumps of wood that is in them and can’t seem to get a draw out of them. I’m now on my third packet and it hasn’t got any better. You would think they were cheap under-the-counter cigarettes. This is the first time I’ve come across anything like it… Its just its my only enjoyment in life and they are an expensive item I would appreciate it if you could sort out my problem. Replace them or refund me my money
