I recently ordered what was to be a customised bobble head from My Photo Bobbleheads.com which were advertised on Facebook and then ordered via their website. It came a few weeks later and it was like it was taken off a cheap factory line with absolutely no personalization of the photo that was submitted and a cheap box. I have made numerous contact with the company My Photo Bobbleheads and since realize they operate under NOVA SILK ROAD SARL and from the below information are SCAMMERS. I am raising a case of FRAUD with my credit card company but I want to ensure this company are restricted from operating this FRAUD what seems to be across many companies.
It has mentioned parent company’s name and address on its Terms and Conditions page as NOVA SILK ROAD SARL: 37 rue des Mathurins, Paris, France. This company name is found to be used by multiple other problematic sites like SopaShop5, TreadBlue, AcornGood, Duckmason, Racomcc, Envirolike, RoseLinly, Factory-Niche, Ihohoho, Vsomode, Fashionfcu, CakoDress, CobeStore, Logeeky, Sislil, Ceceliam, Upsmen, Culticate, HomeLooker, PopFactors, BestOfPops, Hexiuj, DrunkTom , ReachSoulShop, Papiyou, and so on. However, legit websites always provide a separate address, not the one which has been used by lots of other suspicious sites. So, this makes it a very suspicious website and we shall not trust such a company for the online shopping.
