We have been with this uniform company for 20 YEARS and decided to switch to another uniform business with much better pricing since Cinta’s pricing has soared in recent years. When i called to cancel services I was told we were under contract until 2022 and must pay remainder of contract of almost $13,000….. SERIOUSLY… We have never missed a payment by the way and when we signed contract in 2012 it was for 5 years…apparently on the back of contract it says you automatically renew unless you send something in writing…course when we signed we only saw the 60 months…WHO does this ???? Especially since we have been loyal customers….I was expecting thank you .. NOT … if you spend 50 dollars a week for the remainder of contract we will be ok with that …. Come on REALLY… we have been in business for 35 years and have never had an experience like this… Please if you use this company read the fine print (on the back) of contract. we have already returned uniforms…left messages for manager to call back…not holding my breath
