This company will not let me cancel my web hosting. They kept charging my card without my permission for services I did not request. When I blocked them from charging it, they would not provide a way to pay for services without automated withdrawing it. That should be illegal. I canceled it since I don’t trust them and one month later, they are still sending me invoices for services I did not order and they say that I owe them $70+ when I don’t. When I tried to cancel by phone, they said I owed $55. I bought a gift card, entered it into their system, and was told they had to wait 48 hours after my cancellation request. That was around Dec 20, 2019. Now they say that they do not have a card on file and are still trying to charge me for three domains I own. They will not resolve this cancellation request. I have sent numerous emails. They will not provide me with the gift card number they have on file for me to use it to pay via ****** link. They are threatening to send my file to collections and attempting to ruin my perfect credit, nor will they confirm if they have my SSN. I have used them for over 10 years and they will not let me cancel.
