In February 2021, I did not receive one of my direct deposits. My employer tracked the deposit back to Greendot. I called Greendot and told them it was February 26 of this year for $1269.37 they said they needed a tracking number. I called the company that does the payroll and got the tracking number. Now Greendot is saying the number has to be 15 digits or they can’t track it? UKG says that is the tracking number? Track my deposit to see where it went to and credit my card
