Google Play — Weebly has used unethical business practices for payment

Weebly has used unethical business practices for payment. Weebly has automatically extracted payments without express customer consent. (I expressly stated I do not want an automatic withdrawal each year.) In addition, it takes multiple efforts to get refunded, and then Weebly comes to us again for payment. NOW, there is an email from Weebly that our business email (that they took payment for months ago) is going to actually cost more. They intend to come back and get another $21. This is an unethical business practice of repeatedly coming to customers and taking money as they see fit. I did not see an email saying the fee would increase, but as Weebly has at least one $29.95 fee from June that they took without my prior permission (for a website I do not use) I find it inexcusable that they believe they should come to my account and take an additional $21. I am seeking the paid fee to satisfy the full year. Further, I seek a full reimbursement of the extra $29.95 from June Third, at the conclusion of the year, the relationship will be severed with G Suite, Weebly. There is no trust in this business relationship. We are not the ATMs for these companies to come dip into our accounts whenever they need additional funds. Absolutely not! Yes, I do have additional documentation. Please email me for that if you wish it as a follow up email. G Suite has taken $50 from my account for the business email, via Weebly. Months later, Weebly has informed me that they have decided they will taken an additional $21 for the email. Weebly has repeatedly withdrawn from my account after I have cancelled my service from them. They have at least one payment of $29.95 that is not pre-authorized. (They made withdrawals in June and August). NOW, I am seeing an intent to withdraw money yet again. My bank is strongly cautioned against honoring any additional withdrawals from Weebly. In addition, I was refunded for the $29.95 in August, but should also be refunded for the previous withdrawal in June. The $21 additional is simply unacceptable. Resolution: Identify the start and end date for the calendar commitment for the business email. Do not make an attempt to withdraw additional funds. When the year is up, no additional withdrawals will be accepted, expected or honored.
