Google Play — Charging for purchases without no authorization

This is regarding some of the Google Play Games charging for purchases without no authorization for the purchase being made. They have spam boxes that pop up during the game with specials in it. I close or ‘x’ out of the box. I do not purchase these offers. But they download anyways. I have a password *** on my account that is set to prompt before anything is done, and it’s not prompting it so I know it’s not me. Sometimes multiple charges will happen in a row. I have disputed this with Google, the game and the developer. No one has replied or offered to assist. I now have a negative balance in my bank account because of these games (My Cafe & Pop Slots). This is not ok. I am on a limited income due to a chronic illness. If I had extra money to spend it would be on my health, house or phone.
