Yesterday, (9122) Your head Pharmacist (Ruth Crowder) called my Wife and told her that she would NO LONGER fill my prescriptions at her store! She would however fill my Wife’s prescriptions. Her reason for NOT wanting to fill my prescriptions was WHAT SHE Claims was harassment on my part of her and her employees! TOTALLY NOT TRUE! And if she is honest about it, she knows I never harassed her or her employees! My Wife and I have had problems with this CVS Store for along time! Each and every time and I mean each and every time I go to have my Scripts refilled, more than one of the TECHS get the scripts wrong. I have a number of TIER 3 scripts that have coupons associated with them. EACH and EVERY TIME I go to pick up my scripts, they have FAILED to attach the coupons for the Discounts. The coupons are attached and on my PROFILE! I EXPECT Professionalism at all levels of CVS and this store just doesn’t DO THAT! Where MS Crowder gets the idea that I am harassing her and her employees, I don’t know?? Also, calling my Wife on her cell phone and telling her what she did, is totally just WRONG! And where she got my Wife’s phone number is interesting, since her phone number is not on the CVS Website. My phone number is, along with my Email! MS Crowder sent me an Email, asking where I wanted my current scripts transferred to, since she wasn’t gonna fill them anymore. UNDER HIPAA, she cannot simply refuse to fill my VALID Prescriptions, because she had her feelings hurt! We have been long time customers of CVS and obviously we are NOT welcome at your store. So, we will move on and take our business elsewhere! Admonish Your Pharmacist Employee to NOT make Harassing Phone Calls to your customers. I DON’T EXPECT AN APOLOGY from MS Crowder, since she is incapable of doing that. Nothing can satisfy or resolve this issue!
