Cannot access my subscriptions through google play/pay to cancel a subscription. I go into play store and then subscriptions and a get started page comes up (none of my subscriptions are list and no way to get there to cancel any. I am completely lost in my consumer power. I have spoken to the right people to try to resolve this problem but nothing is working. They continue to take money out of my account and there is no way I can cancel a subscription. I no longer want this app and uninstalled it from my android device. The business involved are CBS all access and google pay services. Please help.
