GoDaddy.com — Nothing but liars

I really need additional help. I lost a hosting account last month because of an issue on GoDaddy’s end processing my renewal. I have called twice now and received explanations that are simply not true. First they said that I never had a valid card on my account, previous invoices prove otherwise. Then they said that my bank declined the charge. They gave the name of a bank that I don’t even do business with and I have checked with my bank and no charged have been declined from GoDaddy. Even though a VALID card is on my account once again this month another product has failed billing. What do I have to do to get GoDaddy to listen? AND to make restitution for the account that I lost for an issue that is clearly on GoDaddy’s end??? I have been a customer since 2001. Please take this seriously!!!
