Google Pay — I will no longer give Google my business

Google Pay does not work as intended. I purchased an add-on from a game and I was charged twice. I formally filed a dispute on Google and I was informed that I would not receive a refund when it was clear that it was a double charge for the same transaction. The merchant even acknowledged that it was the same charge twice, yet Google did not. In my BUSY schedule, I had to then contact my bank to dispute the double charge for the SAME transaction. I should not have to do that. Needless to say, I will no longer use Google Pay. It’s one thing to make an error and that error be addressed and resolved. Here, it was not and therefore, I will no longer give Google my business.
