Booking.com — Non refund

On 9th of july i booked a stay in the hotel dome,kyrenia through booking.com.on the payment process my card,revelut,declined my card because of suspicious activity.i couldnt get through to anyone,maybe slow internet so so i cancelled the booking,free cancellation.after a while i established with revolut that it was a bona fide transaction and they paid booking.com the 638 euros without ing anything with me.now,almost 3 weeks later i havent had my money refunded and all parties just keep giving me the run around.
