Recently moved and Google Maps sends people to the wrong address a few blocks away. Have complained to Google several times in writing by trying to update the correct address since November 2019. While I have received confirmation of the requests, Google has not updated this very simple change. Yes, it is a pain for friends, family and deliveries, but what happens if there is some type of emergency??? Most people rely on Google Maps or Waze (owned by Google) for directions. They are supposed to be the gold standard. I just don’t get how this company which is so good at everything else could fail so terribly in this regard. New motto suggestion: “Google. We’re great until something goes wrong.
