Google — Impossible to get an answer, a resolution to my account

I cannot contact google via a live telephone connection. 99% of phone number I find listed online are dead ends. There were two numbers that had the same answering service, just recorded directions to select an option. I managed to navigate the system where I could leave a voice mail message. I left many messages. No one ever answers, calls me. I have a major account problem I need fixed. Many people complain about the same problem! How can a company with such global renown, that earns an endless stream of millions of dollars, with so many users, so many members of Amazon Prime, etc., basically make it just about impossible to reach someone for live service. The Help available on their various sites, Google, Gmail, YouTube, etc, is all the same. Impossible to get an answer, a resolution to my account
