GFL Environmental — No customer service

My garbage was not picked up during a 6 week period from August – September 2021. I tried called but the recording said to go to their website and send an email. So far I’ve sent 4, with no response. The last two were to cancel my service, I went through my account and disabled my autopay. This week I received an invoice and the payment was deducted from my checking account after I disabled the autopay. I’ve tried calling them again, unable to get someone on the phone I’ve sent another email per their instructions to do so. Receive a refund for the previous 3 months and for the money they just took out of my account without my permission.
