General Motors — Water Damage, 2017 Buick Cascada

October 78, 2021 I carried my automobile to the dealership for damage caused to my vehicle as a result of a clogged drain tube. I was experiencing extreme emotronic issues and my car was full of water. They have had my car for over 5 weeks. On November12, they attempted to return my vehicle to me as being repaired. Before I could get out of town my car was sopping wet with water and it was standing in the rear passenger seat area. I returned the vehicle to them within 10 minutes of the delivery. All of the damage was under warranty. I am totally dissatisfied with their efforts to repair the damage. My car has been sitting in water in the passenger compartment for over a month. I expect them to buy the car for a reasonable price. They can then repair the vehicle at their leisure and resale. I will never be satisfied with the vehicle again. It has been sitting in water for overt 5 weeks and it will have rust, mold and mildew issues. I have been a lifelong fan of General Motor products. I have owned an Avalanche, and two Silverados. I currently own a 2500 HD, Silverado and will continue to purchase GM products. I want this matter addressed. I am totally dissatisfied with the service and runaround I am receiving from the dealership.
