Geek Squad — Refusal to do service

For more years than I can remember whenever I have had a software problem the local Best Buy Geek squad has taken care of it without issue, at least until today. Twice in the last month or so two of my computers using Avira antivirus software developed problems. What was probably needed was a reinstallation. The first time, like numerous times before, they just fixed it. Today I was informed that Avira was NOT one of the programs they supported and that they would not fix it. The problem is a bit more complicated that this but this is the jist of it. They fixed this exact same problem on one of my computers about two weeks ago but today they are indicating that they never did anything of the sort. They just do not work with Avira. One of the staff rudely explaining this to me. I have seen there for years. He has checked my machines in for this before though I doubt that he ever did he repairs. Today he was just plain rude. I need to get this computer fixed. I can certainly pay someone else to do this BUT I pay the geek squad an annual payment to take care of problems like this. TODAY THEY COULD NOT BE BOTHERED. ALSO THEY MADE IT PRETTY CLEAR THAT THEY HAD NEVER DONE THIS FIX BEFORE. TO SAY THAT I AM ANGRY, BOTH AT THEIR REFUSAL TO DO THE WORK BUT ALSO THEIR ATTITUDE WOULD BE QUITE AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I WOULD LIKE THEM TO FIX MY COMPUTER LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN DOING FOR YEARS!
