I made a reservation on 04172021 reservation number 2100382267. I paid my deposit and my reservation again on 12212021 to make sure everything was ok. I received an email on 1227 and it said I could do on line check in. I clicked on the link and it says I need to call reservations. I called immediately and they told me they could no longer accomodate my rv and I had no reservation and it was the fault of an untrained employee who made an error. This was after my confrimation on 1221 for the dates of 12282021 through 01042021 premium site. I called and spoke to several managers and the last one I spoke with was Dawn 877-570-2267 who said the same thing I am sorry and it was an employee error. What a shame. I got this notice 24hours before I left for the keys. I have taken my camper from storage, have it packed, family was coming and now no rv spot because of an employee error. Now Dawn is trying to shift me into other areas for days here and there. This is so unfair, a disgrace to your company and how poorly trained the agents are. They have taken a long-anticipated holiday from us and no one really cares. I have used encore in several other locations and never had this experience.
