I ordered a package from fashion nova and never arrived. The FedEx carrier marked the package is delivered with no proof of delivery claim that the package came to my front door when that’s not possible because I live in a secured building which no one can just enter without a fob. The package should have been left in the mailroom which never happened. I’ve reached out to fashion nova several times regarding a refund I’ve gotten no response besides a generic email that no one follows upon. They take no responsibility however they took My $150
