I went to the store and I saw that the wax candles for my snowman candle we’re on sale for a dollar. Since we like to burn them I bought 10 of them. The tag said $1 each. I am talking about the wax cubes including the tropical dream lavender rain and pineapple coconut ones. When I got up to the Checker she told me that they were a dollar and a quarter and when I told her no on the tag it said a dollar she got very Huffy with me and said that they’re a dollar and a quarter do you want them or not? I thought that was extremely rude. I just asked a question I didn’t need to have my head taken off. So I ended up spending $3 more than I should have. I live very close to this Family Dollar and go there often and I don’t like being treated like I’m some kind of pond scum just because I pointed out that it was obviously an error on her part. I would like to have my money back and refunded because I shouldn’t have had to pay a dollar and a quarter for each one. It is store number 05283 on 850 North Lamb Boulevard in Las Vegas. She didn’t put down her name but this occurred at at 3:05 p.m. on Sunday. Retrain that individual to remember that customers are their bread and butter. Also I would like to have my money refunded for the extra amount I had to pay. And I think that the customers should be given the sale price if it’s on the sale tag.
