Evoshield — Not at all what I expected

I was negatively blown away by my experience with Evoshield. I assumed that this brand backed up their own products, but as I learned that is not the case. We purchased a player’s duffle for our son for the holidays and he finally got around to using it for a month and a half of summer tournaments. The inside of the bag ripped and looked like it was disintegrating (quality issue). Not at all what I expected for an expensive bag that was not overweighted or filled with equipment. I reached out to Evoshield directly and there was no explanation, just “To learn more about our limited warranty coverage for our bags please refer to the link below. The coverage period is usually 90 days after purchase date.” WOW! Really? I guess I will have to stick with **** since their bag has lasted over three years with not one tear or sign of wear. I think it is sad that a company who has been in business as long as Evoshield makes zero effort to address a concern with a customer. No questions, did not ask for pictures, where was it purchased, nothing. In today’s environment customer service is everything and my review was prompted based on the lack thereof.
