I been here aboult three years. It has really down slided in the last year. It used to be way cool when I first moved in. And now today. Renters don’t seem to be staying. They are moving out faster than moving in.
The Office is barely open. I have walked over many times. Just to find out they are closed for the day or a few days…. They been down to one maintenance man. The past year. Jerry says it’s been just him now. Edwardo is gone. So the trash will pile up more. Dog 💩 every. Garbarge gets blown around. The pool is yuckie. Hot Tub. Walk by. It ******* smells. Like something died in it and boiled away in the chlorine.
And the rents went way up. 200 bucks. The unit I’m in. They renting them 1500.00 a month. Utillities are not included. So add at least 100 plus a month for they. Oh. They charge 25.00 extra on the rent if you want black appliances. Can you ******* believe that. That’s Ludacris. We pay 55.00 extra for trash. Water and Sewer. And it’s mandatory Rental Insurance. Or add 12.00 a month to your rent it. And know what’s covered. The apartment. Not your 800.00 couch. Not your belongings. Not your 300.00 flat screen. Or your oriental rug. So if there’s a fire or flood and Grandma’s priceless painting is hanging and gets ruined. You are out of luck. It only covers the rental. Nothing more.
And swim in the pool. Hang out your towel or bathing wear out on the patio or balcony. You will be fined. Leave your indoor chair out another fine. Try and sell 💩 from your place to make extra money. Nope. You can not. They will fine you.
Maintenance calls. I am not lying. Doesn’t take days. Weeks. No lie. I had to call over n over n over and over and it was my disposal. He came in. He was in and out in less than 15 minutes. 2 weeks. It took two mother ******* weeks. To get him in.
But when it comes to the 1st of the month. those mother ******* want the rent…
I looked again online. 7 vacancies. A few apartments have been vacant for over a month. No one wants to live here. I hear people moving out and finding 3 bedroom places about the price of a 1 bedroom apartment at Elevate Apartments.
The neighbors are nosey. Talk shade behind your back. Mind into what you do. I reported so many people here. The lazy ***** in the Office doesn’t do a **** ******* thing. I’m not kidding. Chystal and Janet run the Office. Both only care about renting out the apartments. Don’t give a ******* rats *** about anything else. They just want your money.
So b4 you even look or think aboult Elevate. Just look at what I’m telling you. It’s the damb truth. No lies. Get it. Got it. Good.
