Direct Express — Sent my new card to wrong person

Direct express sent my debit card 15 times to an address in Maryland after being in contact with them numerous times. It started in June when I lost my card, the card was sent to a address in Maryland where they entered a pin and took 268.00 dollars the rest of money I had for that month to survive on. Then I finally received another card without any money on it. Then in late august for some reason they shut my card down saying I changed my address which of course I didn’t. (I’ve been living at same address now for 23 years). I’ve never left Massachusetts to travel anywhere in years. So now, again they shut down my card and sent a new one to the address in Maryland where they entered a pin and took my whole social disability check for over 900.00 dollars which I’ve never got back from direct express. I filed against them but they told me the court on nov 30th it would be unlikely to ever get my money. I’m asking how I can go about getting my money from them. I have every card they sent to me saying if I didn’t change my address around 10 of them, screenshots how long I’ve been on phone, filed a complaint to them told me it wasn’t fraud after getting back to me after the 90 days was up I had to call them again , I have some of the tracking numbers, I filed a police report I’ve done just about everything and have evidence. So could you please help me it’s not fair to me I’m struggling to live as it is! Pay me what they owe me. It was their mistake
