StockX — StockX sent me the wrong shoes then refused to return them

Please Help! I recently purchased a pair of shoes from StockX and received the wrong item. I’ve reached out to StockX on this issue to get resolved multiple times now and have not heard anything back from them. According to their app and website, the only way of contact is through submitting a customer inquiry on their website. I tried emailing their support email address and it indicated that the email address is no longer monitored and I have to submit an official inquiry through the website. In doing that, I received a case number: CAS-252858-Z2M5L4 regarding order number: 286-04772-28504531. My order was for the Fila 95 Grant Hill 1 OG (2013) in size 11. Unfortunately, I received the cheapercurrent model Fila Grant Hill 1 in size 11. The identifying factor is that the tongue on the model I was trying to order (the Fila 95 Grant Hill 1 OG (2013) is Navy, while the tongue on the Fila Grant Hill 1 is white. Also, the shape of the shoe is different. As this company has made it virtually impossible to make contact with them on any issues, and they have not been at all in getting back to me, I really have no choice but to ask for assistance in facilitating this matter. Please advise.
