I called Direct Express for help to deal with a company that withdrew money from my account on automatic renewal. I had hoped DE would help me get my money back, but the next thing I know, my account has been stopped. I have no idea what is going going, but I want my money..I simply want my account unplugged. I cannot wait for a new card, and I have bills I need to pay right away. And I want an explanation as to why their customer service treated me like a criminal. They have a photo of my ID and my card. I still don’t have my money.
